Project Overview
EWS was instructed to remove a domestic garage that contained asbestos cement roofing sheets and a prefabricated concrete panel structure. Before any removal work could begin, overgrown trees and shrubs surrounding the garage were carefully cut back to allow safe access and working space for the team.
Work Undertaken
- Vegetation was trimmed and cleared to provide unhindered access.
- The asbestos roofing sheets were carefully removed and securely packaged in accordance with HSE guidelines to prevent any risk of fibre release.
- The sectional concrete garage structure was fully dismantled and removed from site.
- All waste was loaded and transported by our licensed waste carriers to a permitted facility for compliant disposal.
- Upon completion, the remaining concrete slab base was left clean, tidy, and ready for future use.
Result
A clean, hazard-free space now remains where the garage once stood, and the client was pleased with the swift, professional service delivered by the EWS team.
