Project Overview
EWS recently carried out the safe removal of an asbestos chrysotile lath and plaster ceiling, ensuring full compliance with UK asbestos regulations. Older lath and plaster ceilings can contain chrysotile asbestos fibres, especially when mixed with historical construction materials. If disturbed, these fibres pose a serious health risk, so professional removal is essential.
Our team managed the project from initial survey through to safe disposal and final site clearance, ensuring the area was completely decontaminated and ready for refurbishment.
