Project Overview
Environmental Waste Services received from the client and external Refurbishment & Demolition Asbestos Survey for the proposed demotion of the existing house. All utilities to the property were disconnected by the relevant suppliers with full certification prior to the works commencing onsite.
EWS carried out a full internal and external soft strip to include all non-licensed asbestos as per the external survey carried out, which was taken off site to a licensed disposal site accompanied with the relevant consignment notes. All non-hazardous fixtures and fittings were removed prior to demolition works and taken off site accompanied with the relevant DOC notes. The wooden structure of the building was taken down and placed into 35yd open top skips using the appropriate machinery, which was then loaded into 35yd open top skips for disposal off site. The client was extremely satisfied with all aspects of the works from start to finish.
